Which package delivery carriers do you use?
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS). We strive to have your package delivered in the most efficient way possible, however, we can't guarantee which carrier will be used when shipping your order. Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.Yes. If you ordered an oversized item and select the 4-Day, 2-Day, or Overnight shipping option, a $5.75 "oversized item" shipping charge will be added to your shipping total for each item.
What are your credentials? Are you really qualified to do this?
I don't know if one must be "qualified" to be an artist, as everyone should be free to express themselves creatively. However, for this project I suppose it helps that I am a lifelong fan of Halloween, ghosts, witches, skeletons, vampires, etc. I was also blessed with a strong creative streak and a vivid imagination. Fortunately a lot of people are entertained by my nightmarish visions and that's why I've enjoyed such success with my work.Plan on spending a few hours at our location unless your arrive before 9PM.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We ship to U.S. military addresses worldwide via Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery to the APO/FPO box.See our Shipping page for more information, but it normally takes anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for standard delivery. If you are interested in express shipping, we offer express shipping for an additional charge (for more information, click here to see our shipping chart). To ensure on time delivery, order early and beat the Halloween rush.
How long will it take to go through?
Plan on spending a few hours at our location unless your arrive before 9PM. As Halloween gets closer, the lines will start to get a longer so if time is important then don't wait until the last minute; get here early. We highly suggest you purchase the Express ticket online to reserve time.We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. If you'd like to pay by check or money order, please mail your order form and payment to Costume Express, 11220 120th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98033. We don't accept CODs.We are not able to accept cancellations on orders that have already been put into production.
