Cash Gifting - The New Way of Earning Money

By Kelli Cooper

When you give a person a declared amount of cash as a gift either publicly or privately, you are technically engaging in cash gifting. In true sense, the recipient of the gift is not bound to give any compensation in future since he is not in debt or under any obligation to repay whatever he receives. Cash gifting is one unique way a person can earn extra cash.

Serious legal debates concerning the legality of cash gifting schemes have been held in the past. These debates have sought to make sense of the restrictions imposed upon gift givers never to accept similar returns from former recipients of their gifts. In spite of all these, gifting rules in the United States are clearly enshrined in the Internal Revenue Service tax code

Is It Legal?--The law allows for one or more individuals to give another up to eleven thousand dollars each calendar year without tax liability to the contributor and the receiver of the gift. This is because the money has already been taxed.

Cash gifting can hence be taken as an expression of heart felt kindness from one party to another. This means of earning extra cash has been practiced for several centuries throughout the world but especially among the Hispanics, Chinese and Jewish people. It has proved to be an incredible way to earn money for starting a business or even owning a home.

With the above clarification it is thus clear that you can legally earn money through cash gifting. Just like any other system, in the cash gifting program you may be required to pay membership fee to cover operational costs .If you join this club you can only expect to earn money if you market properly and talk to interested parties about the program. Like any other endeavor, be sure that your program is structured properly.

Program Success--These programs normally do succeed but can also fail if the marketing is not done effectively. It is often said that systems work and people fail. This is true of any opportunity, gifting or not. You will need to market your site and this involves both free and paid methods. A good program will provide extensive training on both. Utilize your mentors and training resources. No one is going to hold your hand or tell you what to do. This is an individual effort. - 15478
