Cash Gifting is it for real?

By Scott Zarecki

Cash gifting has really become popular on the Internet lately. If you're not familiar with Cash gifting this is a money making concept where you pay your sponsor a certain dollar amount and give them your first and sometimes your second sign up for being your sponsor.

After completing the steps you are now what is called qualified. This is where you're supposed to go out on your own and start enrolling people. Unfortunately this is where for most people they are going to fail.

I joined to these organizations for research purposes dislike you get into the back office and really see what the guts of the program was all about. I was really surprised that one of the first things they teach you is not how the market for people but all the things you cannot say such as: business, profit, enroll just to name a few.

When you become involved in Cash gifting one of the very first things they teach you are all the things you can not say. Now I'm not talking about the basic ones like a guaranteeing income, but both organizations I joined had a list of almost 40 words in order to try to keep this legal. Words such as income, pay, business etc..

Now that brings me the next question is it legal?

I will say that I don't believe it is illegal but it definitely in a gray area. It has nothing to do with Pyramid scams or Ponzi schemes but it is not a real business there is no transfer of products. One of my biggest beefs about this program is that if you are going to build something and really spend your time working at it you should spend your time building something real.

The real problem with cash gifting is their compensation plan.

The one up or two up comp plan is truly were the system is bound to fail. The funny thing is that's where cash gifting claims the power of their system lines.

Because as soon as you sign up one or two people and you are no longer making your sponsor any money you are immediately their competition. Anyone you sign up is somebody they didn't. How much support after you sign up your first two people do you think you're going to get when you're in direct competition with your sponsor?

This is where it all falls apart unless you are a marketing guru. You will probaly be left alone way to early. Simple because you are no longer make your sponsor any money.

This has nothing to do with cash gifting but on a funny side note 1 of the organizations I joined to research actually sent me some marketing information and one of the companies they highly recommend it was under investigation by the government. - 15478
