Will free online classified ad syndication take over craigslist?

By Julie Horne

Over the last few months I have been placingmore and more classified ads. The problems I have run into is traffic and having my ads taken down by flagging. I decided to try the classified ad syndication stumblehere uses. Stumblehere.com has made online classified ad syndication the primary focus of their site.

I am still learning all about the ad syndication process. I did a search on google.com and found out that stumblehere.com uses classified ad syndication. They have a service that allows you to create classified ads through a template process. Wow, the system is easy to use. And the ads look fantastic! Once I created the ad then they submit it to all the highest traffic classified sites and list my ad with directories and search engines. This saved me sooo much time. I only had to create my ad one time and then they did the rest. My time is far tooo valuable to site on websites all day and submit my ads everywhere.

What this means is stumblehere.com saves you not only money but time too. The power comes from entering your ad only one time. After that they do all the work listing your ad in online marketplaces, classified directories, RSS feeds and the top search engines. And this is all done rather quickly, usually within 42 hours or less.

This is how they get hits and traffic to your ad. Not only is your classified ad on their site, but it is on all the top networks as well. And now I dont need to repost it daily cause a competitor maliciously flags my ad. Okay I am sold!

What about paid ads and the stumblehere.com betterpost product? Betterpost is a way of posting ads using a walkthrough wizard. Instead of boring ads, betterpost classified ads are beautiful. And full ad syndication comes with all betterpost ads. After careful research I decided to test out betterpost. It will be a good test since I dont have web knowledge.

The best way to explain betterpost is - An ad upgrade feature, for 7.99 you build a professional and attractive ad and then stumblehere.com syndicates that ad for you. They place and syndicate your ad for you so you do not have to make multiple ad placements yourself!

I saw they currently only offer betterpost for vehicles classifieds, so i decided to try to sell my old car. They are offering 85% off through the end of October for anyone who wants to test their betterpost ad syndication. After posting your ad simply enter 'halloween' all lowercase in the promo code box.

Total cost was only 1.20. This test is not going to cost me anything. I really like the way my ad turned out. It looks really good.

This is my first time paying for an online classified ad. After 9 hours I still had not received any response. I read the faq on http://www.stumblehere.com and it said how it can take up to 30 hours for syndication to happen. Now I need to wait it out.

About 6 hours later I got my 1st call... I tried to see what site they saw my ad on but, the gal couldn't remember. She just talked about how she was impressed at how my car looked in the ad.

The next morning I had 4 emails about my car. And later that day call number 2 came in off my syndicated ad. Is this classified ad syndication stuff working? I need to set up times for people to look at my car.

To answer my question above, I know ad syndication works! It was nice to only have to submit my ad once. Plus my ad was not flagged wrongly. 4 days after i started this process response was great. I had 5 calls and 9 emails! - 15478
